As a key figure in our multidisciplinary marketing team, your responsibilities extend beyond client management. As a key figure in our multidisciplinary marketing team,&nbsp;<strong>you’ll lead client projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategies rooted in user behavior, experimentation, and impactful growth solutions</strong>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This is a fixed-term engagement (approx. 10-12 months) starting as soon as possible.</strong></p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies</strong> for global clients, ensuring scalable impact across markets and languages.</li> <li><strong>Support key ASO clients</strong> globally by providing guidance on strategic planning and roadmaps across multiple markets and languages.</li> <li>Apply <strong>experimentation</strong> methodologies to optimize app campaigns' performance, <strong>combining ASO expertise with CRO principles</strong> to drive conversion improvements.</li> <li>Lead keyword optimization <strong>(KWO)</strong> projects to improve app discoverability across global markets, tailoring strategies to multiple languages and audiences.</li> <li>Apply <strong>creative testing</strong> methodologies to optimize app store assets, helping clients stand out in competitive app marketplaces.</li> <li>Guide Growth Managers to build robust analytical and strategic skills, encouraging curiosity and data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Develop and refine client strategies using a deep understanding of user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation.</li> <li>Grow Phiture’s influence on the mobile marketing industry (especially in ASO).</li> <li>Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into pod strategies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL NEED:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years of experience in ASO</strong> or related fields (e.g., CRO, performance marketing, experiment-driven mobile growth)</li> <li><strong>Solid knowledge of ASO &amp; mobile marketing</strong>, especially performance marketing&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>A strategic mindset</strong> with demonstrated expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis.</li> <li><strong>Strong research skills</strong> and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset.</li> <li><strong>Curiosity and adaptability</strong>, with a willingness to learn the technical aspects of ASO if not already familiar.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Excellent client management skills</strong> in an agency setting.</li> <li><strong>Excellent English</strong> skills (spoken and written)</li> </ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Apple ads experience or any CAC:LTV based performance marketing</li> <li>Familiarity with complementary growth disciplines such as lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization</li> <li>Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO)</li> </ul> </article><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>We encourage all qualified individuals to apply, regardless of their age, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability status, or religion.
